Returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied and you wish to return an item purchased on our online shop, a full refund (excluding delivery fees) or exchange will be issued on receipt of the returned item, provided it is returned within 7 working days of the date of delivery and is in its original, unworn condition. Please note items must be returned by registered mail (or equivalent insured trackable shipping method) to ensure safe arrival.

Please contact us first to arrange for a return and to obtain a returns code. We are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation.
