The Jewellery

What is your jewellery made of?
All our jewellery is made using raw brass and professionally plated in a specialist workshop on Paris. There is no nickel in any of our jewellery.

Our antiqued brass pieces are plated with an extra layer of brass, antiqued and varnished. The varnish is there to protect the metal, prevent tarnishing and to make sure it doesn't leave marks on the skin. The gold plated pieces are electroplated with a thick layer of 24k gold.

Where is the jewellery made? By whom?
All of our jewellery is handmade with care by ourselves in our lovely studio in Dublin, Ireland.

How should I care for the jewellery?
As for all costume jewellery, you should keep it away from water and perfume and avoid wearing it while exercising. All our pieces come packaged in a little pouch for safekeeping.

Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our brass is treated and protected using the best methods available, and in the same Parisian workshop as the top fashion designers. It's basically as good as it gets. The varnish is there to protect the metal but will eventually wear off so the longevity of your piece of jewellery will depend on how often you wear it, the acidity of you skin and how well you treat it.

In any case, we want you to be happy so if you have any problems at all please contact us and we'll do our best to rectify!

Where can I buy your jewellery?
You can purchase from us directly online or at The Loft Market ( theloftmarket.com ) in Dublin, Ireland. Our jewellery is also stocked in lots of lovely boutiques around the world, please see our full list of stockists here.

Shipping

Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We send our creations to almost everywhere in the world by Priority Airmail. The cost for each item is €1.70 for Ireland and €2.05 for other countries (United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Australia). We do it this way to keep shipping costs down, however this shipping method doesn't provide tracking or a guarantee of safe arrival. Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

If you wish, you can upgrade to Registered Post. The cost is €6.60 for Ireland and €9.90 for the rest of the world. Registered Post is delivered against signature and has a tracking facility. Please just select this option at checkout.

Any purchase above €100 is automatically upgraded to Registered Post at no extra cost.

When will I receive my order?
We endeavour to complete and post all orders within 3 working days of ordering and we will let you know as soon as your order is sent.

Shipping within Ireland usually takes 1 to 2 days. Shipping to Europe takes 5 to 10 days approximately. Packages can take up to two weeks to reach other parts of the world.
